Not much to take in order to:
Give it a shot.
1. This is a 2-stroke, it is defnitely not a Honda.
2. The proportions are a little strange, so it's a mini bike.
3. This engine is an aspect quite sidecover
4. The front fender is also unique short
Conclusion: It'a Yamaha GT80, mid to late 70s. North American model, with front fender above.
